Eligibility requirements:

A company is eligible for Volume Licensing if it meets one of the following:

1. Is a Famatech customer with more than 200 licenses purchased.
2. Is merged with or acquired by a company, which is a Famatech customer with more than 200 licenses purchased.
3. Is an owner of a now-discontinued Remote Administrator Company license.

Educational (EDU) companies have the same eligibility requirements, EDU licenses count as normal licenses.

Volume licensing account usage terms:

1. The company is responsible for all purchases made using its account login and password.
2. The company is responsible for keeping the login name and password safe, and for non-transferring these credentials to third-parties.
3. Once an account is created, the company will be able to purchase Remote Administrator licenses using a set price. This price can be changed by Famatech, and Famatech guarantees that this price will represent the best offer for the given volume of licenses.
4. The account credentials can only be transferred to a company affiliated with the account holder.
5. If the company holding the account is merged with a third-party, or acquired by a third-party, the account will be transferred to the new company created by the merger or to the company that acquired the account-holding company.
6. The account only gives a right to purchase Remote Administrator licenses using our Volume Licensing Pricing and only gives a right to purchase other/future Famatech products if Famatech openly declares this.
7. The account holder may request several different logins and passwords from Famatech for the holder`s personnel convenience. All the rules above apply to all credentials issued for the account holder by Famatech.

• Radmin 3 100-license package (for up to 100 PCs)
