"Your product is wonderful. Although Windows XP's Remote Assistance works great once I'm connected to a user, I was fed up with the time I spent initiating and generating the connection. Once we tried Radmin, I was anxious to convince my supervisor to approve the purchase of licensing for every computer on our network.
Now that we finally have Radmin, I no longer dread having to connect to a remote user to offer support."

What do you expect from a remote control program? Comfortable remote work! This is possible with good image quality without corruptions and minimal screen lag.
Among the variety of remote control software solutions that offer similar functionality the choice should be made by comparing the performance and image quality parameters.
The test comparing Radmin remote control against a selection of competitors has been carried out at the test laboratory of Famatech company.
The server components were installed on one computer (Computer A) and client components on a second computer (Computer B). Computers were connected together on an isolated network to eliminate the possible influence of incidental factors. The software was configured to display the screen of remote Computer A on the client Computer B. On Computer B screen capture software was started capturing operations initiated by a special script.
The following operations were chosen for this test: Opening Display Properties window, Screen Saver preview, Browsing contents of the Wallpapers folder with Windows Picture Viewer.
The conditions of the test
The speed tests were performed on an ethernet 100Mb LAN using the following systems:
