Product Activation

 

Only Radmin Server 3 requires activation after the 30-day trial period. Radmin Viewer 3 is free of charge and doesn't require activation. If you experience any problems with Radmin 3 activation, please refer to our product activation guide.

 

Upgrade Policy

 

Radmin 1.x and 2.x license keys will not work with Radmin 3. If you want to upgrade your license key to the new Radmin 3 license key, go to the Upgrade Policy page and find the instructions for getting the new license key.

License Keys

 

Your registration (license) key arrives as a 30-character license code in a text e-mail from Famatech Support. If you have not received your license key within two (2) working days or have lost it, please use our Key Request Form to have it re-sent to you.

Phone Support

 

If you prefer telephone support, our Phone Support Packages are available. Famatech supplies our customers with telephone and email technical support assistance for a term of one full year with a quantity of supported incidents depending on the following Support Packages purchased: Silver Phone Support Package, Gold Phone Support Package.
